Common questions
We sell a $5 sizing kit (free with your first set) — ten tip sizes mailed to your door. You try them on, write down your sizes, and order with confidence. There’s also a printable chart on the sizing page if you’d rather measure with a ruler.
Up to 3 weeks of wear per application. Then you soak them off in warm soapy water and save the set — most customers re-wear their sets 4–6 times before retiring them.
Sometimes, depending on studio capacity. Send us a note with "Custom request" as the subject and a reference image — we’ll let you know if we can take it on and what it would cost.
US shipping is free over $40, $6 flat below. International shipping is available at checkout to most countries — rates calculated by destination. All orders ship from Brooklyn within 48 hours.
Unopened sets can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept opened sets unless they arrived damaged — in which case email us a photo and we’ll make it right immediately.
